This complex and multi-layered project was built for one of the top American multinational consumer goods corporation. This solution was built for its Chinese market. The client wanted to build a robust and powerful dashboard that would track vast amount of valuable insights on manpower, products, sales, stocks and outlets of their consumer goods. This solution will be used by channel leaders, division managers, marketing managers, and Senior Regional Managers.
Considering the complex nature of the project, we proposed a strategic dashboard with the latest and the most advanced technologies available to set this project in motion.
Using the latest software tools, three different applications was synced to extract valuable insights the client wanted.
The application was programmed to offer location-wise details, data visualization, master data management, store level data – drilling down to the minutest level.

• The solution helped generate reports on the basis of Channel, Location and Product hierarchies.
