Our client, Hope Research, had a vision – to build a Data Science application, which uses dashboards to display information about a particular brand in a store, like brand availability, competition analytics, brand health tracking and brand marketing.

It was a fantastic idea. Since we had all the relevant expertise in data science application, we developed Retail Census. The application helps the end customers, who are the FMCG companies like Coca Cola, Nestle, and Mars etc. to improve the sales strategy of the brand. Interestingly, it is also used as a collaboration tool to view the other end customers’ profiles.

The ICE Protocol Dashboard has over twenty million entries in the database, related to products in stores. It is mainly used to boost the sales of a product present in a store by measuring its key performance indicators (KPI) against features like customer experience, product freshness, price compliance etc.

The KPI is a precise measurement of the performance of the product and helps in the decision making process of improving the KPI and thereby the sales of the product.
